The two additional bedrooms can comfortably sleep 4 more family members or guests, and each include their own separate bathroom for added privacy. The upstairs loft includes a pull-out couch to accommodate additional family members or guests during your stay. 

The living room is filled with natural light and features a large sectional to unwind to your favorite TV show on the 50" smart TV and an open concept to the kitchen to easily entertain guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials including dishware, utensils, a Keurig K-Cafe, and cookware. 

The lanai is fully covered and furnished with sun loungers, a grill, and a table to relax outside. 

Colonial Country Club is less than 20-minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport and a short drive to fantastic restaurants and entertainment in downtown Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach.
