I am a personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine, a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT and also hold multiple nutrition and group fitness certifications. Because I believe mindfulness and meditation practice is so important, I studied NLP and hypnotism to improve my skills as a meditation coach as well. I am constantly learning & growing in my industry so I can provide quality, science-backed, methods of training to my clients and class participants. I specialize in nutrition, mindful strength training, flexibility and balance training.

Growing up in NJ, I was always involved in a wide variety of athletics including baseball, football, track, flag football, street hockey, basketball and more. When it came time to choose a career, it was only natural to start studying health and exercise science. After working as a personal trainer for over a decade in NJ, it was time to move to Florida in 2018 to continue helping people gain better overall health and fitness down in the Sunshine State. It is here in Florida that I have been able to expand my knowledge on corrective exercise so I can create truly custom plans for each client.

My goal is to provide Bountiful, Fabulous, and Fun-ctional exercises to help you enjoy an active lifestyle here in Southwest Florida. I love showing members they can do more than they thought possible, whether in a group fitness class, one-on-one, or with friends and family. Creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can challenge themselves and look forward to each session is my priority. As an AFAA/NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience in conditioning, resistance training, strength, circuit, interval, HIIT, LIIT, deep stretch, flexibility, core, modern, mat and X-former Pilates, chair yoga, and “Being Fabulously Fit,” I’m here to help you move, grow, and thrive!

I’m originally from Terre Haute, Indiana and I’ve been a group exercise instructor for over 25 years with a Group Ex Certification from SCW Fitness Education and a bachelor's degree from Indiana State University. I began my fitness journey at my local YMCA for the fun of exercise and the passion to help others meet their fitness goals. My passion has led me in all directions of exercise including strength training, water aerobics, manager of an Anytime Fitness gym and so much more. The most rewarding part of my job is to hear my member’s success stories and know I was able to help them meet their fitness goals.

Certified since 2009, I specialize in functional fitness, and I’m always excited to keep learning and growing. I enjoy teaching Zumba, bootcamps, and mobility classes, and I believe in exploring different forms of movement to reach goals and sustain a healthy lifestyle. I’m here to support you every step of the way—let’s get moving!

My yoga journey began in 2015 when I decided to try an online yoga challenge. The experience sparked a deeper dive into the study of Yoga. I took hundreds of classes, read all kinds of yoga books, embarked on international retreats, and built up my own personal practice.  My mat became a healing home. It weaved into a passion and in 2018, inspired me to get certified. I’ve explored teaching classes such as: chair yoga, beginner basics, slow flow, gentle yoga, all levels vinyasa, power vinyasa, aqua yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra and restorative.  I continue to expand my knowledge and experience through continued hour lectures, workshops, and self-practice. Witnessing student’s flexibility, mobility, balance and strength become more accessible over time is something that truly brings happiness to my heart and fuel for showing up for them.
