I am a personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine, a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT and also hold multiple nutrition and group fitness certifications. Because I believe mindfulness and meditation practice is so important, I studied NLP and hypnotism to improve my skills as a meditation coach as well. I am constantly learning & growing in my industry so I can provide quality, science-backed, methods of training to my clients and class participants. I specialize in nutrition, mindful strength training, flexibility and balance training.

Growing up in NJ, I was always involved in a wide variety of athletics including baseball, football, track, flag football, street hockey, basketball and more. When it came time to choose a career, it was only natural to start studying health and exercise science. After working as a personal trainer for over a decade in NJ, it was time to move to Florida in 2018 to continue helping people gain better overall health and fitness down in the Sunshine State. It is here in Florida that I have been able to expand my knowledge on corrective exercise so I can create truly custom plans for each client.

Grace loves to share her passion for fitness and dance with others.Her philosophy is to have fun while staying healthy. She’s been a certified trainer since 2009 and her specialty is functional fitness, balance and mobility work. She loves to learn and grow as a fitness educator. Grace says “There is value in trying all modes of movement to reach goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I'm here to help you in any way I can.”

Melissa’s sessions are a safe space where clients feel secure challenging themselves. As an AFAA/NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, she holds multiple certifications in different fitness & training formats including strength, yoga, pilates, & more!
