Located within minutes of major retail shopping malls, outlets and many fine dining establishments. The condo is located approximately 25 minutes from Fort Myers Beach and 15 minutes from RSW International Airport.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, large walk-in closet and private bath with large shower, double sink vanity and private toilet.

Guest room has a queen bed, a dresser a nightstand and flat screen TV.

Guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

Large kitchen with all new full size appliances, pantry, washer and dryer, all kitchen essentials including small appliances, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery and a pass thru dining bar with 2 bar stools.

Living room features glass sliding doors opening to the lanai that runs the length of the living room, with a beautiful view of the lake; inviting and comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with cable.

All bed and bath linens are included with your rental.

 

Social membership transfer required to allow guests to access the Country Club dining, tennis, fitness center, activities and resort pool. Dining and beverage costs are not included in membership transfer. Limited golf tee times up to 3 days advance notice and subject to availability. Cart and green fees apply for each outing and guest must contact pro shop or clubhouse for golf fee schedule after arrival.

Only a few miles west you'll find Lee County's favorite beaches, including Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island.

No smoking allowed anywhere in the property, including condo or lanai.

Small pets allowed weighing 20lbs or less. 

January-April: $5,500 per month (minimum of 90 day rental).
May-December: $2,800 per month (minimum of 30 day rental).

Lee County Taxes: 11%

Social Membership Transfer Fee: $275 (added at time of booking). Social Membership transfer is required by the association.
Tenant Evaluation Application Fee: $100 (payable at time of application). Application is required by the association.

Cleaning Fee: $150
